By purchasing, transferring, or using a ticket to a Willingdon Church event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Terms

All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.

Tickets are valid only for the date, time, and event indicated.

Willingdon Church may make program, schedule, or seating changes without prior notice.

Tickets may be shared, transferred, or sold through the official ticketing platform.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be invalid.

2. Admission & Attendance

Children under 3 years old are admitted free but must sit on a parent’s or guardian’s lap during the performance. A ticket is required for children aged 3 and up.

No childcare services are available during the event.

Doors open 1 hour before the show.

The performance runs for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes with no intermission.

Priority access is provided for seniors and guests with mobility issues. Please check in with an usher upon arrival.

Wheelchair and mobility seating can be purchased online. For assistance, contact our support team before completing your order.

Latecomers' entrance may be delayed to avoid disrupting the performance or other guests.

3. During the Show

Please note: the show includes loud sounds and flashing lights.

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during the performance.

No food or beverages are available for purchase. Outside food or drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

4. Ticket Delivery & Entry

Please present a digital or printed ticket upon entry.

Each ticket includes a unique barcode that can be scanned only once.

Duplicate, altered, or counterfeit tickets will not be accepted.

5. Parking

Limited free parking is available at Willingdon Church for seniors and guests with mobility issues.

Additional free parking is available at Moscrop Secondary School. Paid Parking at BCIT Lots M and N.

6. Liability & Conduct

Willingdon Church reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who disrupt the event or fail to follow staff instructions.

Guests attend at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

Willingdon Church is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Your tickets are being purchased from Willingdon Church (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
